Refund Policy

Refund eligibility

You may request a full refund within 14 days of payment if you have not accessed more than Module 1 materials and have not attended a live clinic. After that window, partial refunds may be available as described below.

Timeframe for requests

Send refund requests to hello@apiquery-tools.digital within the eligibility period, including your full name, programme name, payment date, and reason.

Full and partial refunds

• Full refund — within 14 days, limited access as above, or if we cancel a cohort before it starts.
• Partial refund (50%) — from day 15 until the midpoint of the cohort, if you withdraw in writing and have attended no more than one live clinic.
• No refund — after the cohort midpoint, or if materials were substantially downloaded/shared beyond personal use in breach of terms.

Non-refundable items

Custom organisational clinic travel costs already incurred, third-party venue fees itemised on an invoice, and completed one-to-one advisory add-ons are non-refundable once delivered.

Refund process and processing time

We confirm receipt within three business days and decide within ten business days. Approved refunds are issued within fourteen business days after approval.

Refund method

Refunds return to the original payment method where possible. If that method is unavailable, we will agree an alternative bank transfer in EUR.

Cancellation by Apiquery Tools

If we cancel or substantially reschedule a programme and you cannot attend the new dates, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later cohort at no extra fee.

Exceptions

Statutory consumer rights in Germany remain unaffected where they apply. Documented medical emergencies may qualify for goodwill transfers even outside the standard windows; decisions are made case by case.
