Flagship course
Workplace Dialogue Studio
A practice-centred programme for facilitators of employment consultations in Germany who need workplace conflict resolution skills that hold under pressure.
Learning outcomes
- Run an intake that separates rumour from operational risk.
- Design a conversation room — roles, language, timeboxes — before inviting parties.
- Document agreements without writing a legal brief by accident.
- Recognise when facilitation should stop and specialist counsel should begin.
Modules
Interest/position grids, stakeholder maps, and red-flag questions for German employment settings.
Micro-skills for slowing escalation without sounding patronising.
Live rehearsals with peer actors drawn from anonymised learner cases.
Note structures that survive audit curiosity and still feel human to participants.
Agendas for works council and leadership updates that invite process questions early.
Review dates, contingency paths, and how to end a facilitation mandate cleanly.
Learner notes from this course
Module 3’s practice circle exposed how quickly I fill silence. Uncomfortable, accurate, and now part of my prep checklist.
Documentation templates from Module 4 saved me from writing novels after every meeting. I still edit heavily for manufacturing contexts.
FAQ
Is this legal training?
No. Workplace Dialogue Studio teaches facilitation and consultation craft. It does not certify you to give legal advice under German law.
What is a real limitation of the programme?
We do not place you inside live mediations with your employer’s parties. Rehearsals use anonymised or peer-acted scenarios. Transferring skill to a volatile case still depends on your organisational mandate and safety conditions — we cannot guarantee outcomes.
Do I need prior mediation credentials?
Helpful but not required. Many learners arrive from HR, works council support roles, or external employment consulting.
Language of instruction?
English materials with bilingual practice options for German workplace phrasing.
